Nousun laite-, vapaa- ja snorkkelisukeltajilla on mahdollisuus perjantaisin käydä harjoittelemassa Leppävaaran uimahallin 5 metrin syvyisessä hyppyaltaassa.
Hallivuoron käyttäminen on maksuton eli se sisältyy vuosittaiseen jäsenmaksuun, joka peritään tammikuun aikana.
Leppävaarassa yhteisiä toimintatapoja tulee noudattaa tarkkaan, sillä olemme yleisen uintiajan jälkeen altaalla ja ulko-ovet ovat lukittuina.
Saapuminen ja lähteminen
Hallin lukitusjärjestelmistä johtuen hallin pääovelle tulee saapua klo 20:50 mennessä. Jos poikkeuksellisesti on tarvetta tulla vasta myöhemmin, niin sovi asiasta etukäteen Nousun hallivalvojan Irene Savolaisen kanssa. Puh. 0405487654
Jos tulet hallivuorolle laitteilla, tule takaportille klo 20:30, jolloin se avataan ja laitteet voi kantaa hallin takaovelle.
Pukukaappien avaimet/rannekkeet jaetaan aulassa klo 20:40 ja yhdessä siirrytään porteista eteenpäin ryhmäpukuhuoneisiin. Allas jaetaan toisen sukellusseuran kanssa ja nousulaiset saavat mennä altaaseen klo 21:00. Allasaika loppuu klo 22:00 ja hallista pitää olla ulkona klo 23:00.
Ryhmäpukuhuoneet on lukittu, eikä niitä saa auki ulkopuolelta (käytäviltä tai allastiloista), joten ovien väleihin laitetaan roskiksia ja tuoleja, jotta ovet pysyvät lukitsemattomina uimavuoron ajan. Älä siis poista ovien väleissä olevia esteitä.
Allas
Käytössä on pelkkä hyppyallas (25m pitkä, 10m leveä ja 5m syvä). Altaan teräksinen pohja on varsin altis syöpymiselle joutuessaan kosketuksiin metallisten esineiden kanssa, sekä naarmuuntuessaan. Tämän takia kaikenlaisen irtonaisen metallisälän (hiuspinnit, ruuvit yms.) tuominen altaaseen on ehdottomasti kielletty. Sama koskee myös pinnoittamattomia lyijypainoja. Pinnoitetut ja suljetuissa taskuissa olevat painot ovat kuitenkin sallittuja.
JOS jotain altaassa sattuu (naarmuuntumisia, kolhaisuja, vaurioita), siitä pitää ilmoittaa eteenpäin Irene Savolaiselle.
Hyppyaltaassa on 6 rataa ja syvyys on 5 metriä koko altaan mitalta.
Huom! Vaikka muissa altaissa (terapia, lastenallas yms) ei olisi uimareita hallivuoron aikana, Nousulla ei ole oikeutta käyttää niitä.
Laitesukeltaminen
Laitesukeltaminen hyppyaltaassa on sallittu. Pohjasuojattomien pullojen käyttäminen on kuitenkin kielletty. Käytettävien varusteiden tulee olla puhtaita.
Varusteet tuodaan takakautta
Varusteet saa tuotua autolla aivan hyppyaltaan viereen ja jätettyä ulkoterassille, kunnes ne kannetaan sisään halliin. Jotta portista pääsee kulkemaan altaan viereen, tarvitaan erityinen avain, jonka saa hallivalvojalta. Jos olet tulossa laitesukeltamaan ensimmäistä kertaa, niin ilmoita tästä etukäteen Irene Savolaiselle, näin osaamme varata aikaa käytäntöjen neuvomiseen.
Pool time in Leppävaara swimming pool on Saturday evenings
The scuba divers and snorkellers of Nousu are allowed to use the deep pool in Leppävaara swimming pool on Friday evenings. This pool time is meant for scuba/freediving/snorkelling training.
The pool time is free of charge and is included in the annual membership fee, which will be charged during January.
Please read and obey the rules listed below.
Arrival and departure
Due to the alarm systems of the swimming pool, everyone needs to be at the front door of the Leppävaara swimming pool at the latest at 8.50 P.M. If you cannot make it before that time, please inform the pool responsible Irene Savolainen well in advance (040 54 876 54).
If you are using scuba gear at the pool, bring them at 8.30 P.M. to the back door. The keys/bracelets to the lockers will be handed out at 8.40 P.M. at the pool lobby and everyone will move together to the men’s and women’s group locker rooms. The pool time starts at 9.00 P.M. and the pool time ends at 10:00 P.M. Everyone needs to be outside at 11:00 P.M.
The group locker rooms are locked and cannot be opened from the outside. Thus to prevent the doors from closing, garbage bins and chairs are placed between the doors. Please do not remove the garbage bins or chairs, because then the next persons cannot enter the locker rooms.
Pool

The pool that we are allowed to use is the deep pool (25 m long, 10 m wide and 5 m deep). The pool is made of steel, which is very vulnerable to rusting once it gets any scratches. Thus any steel or sharp objects (like hair pins, screws etc) in the pool are strictly forbidden. For this reason, any tanks that are brought to the pool need to have the bottoms covered and any lead weights need to have a plastic cover or be in a weightbelt with pockets. If something should happen (accidental scratch or dent in the pool), please inform Irene Savolainen, who will report it to Espoo city.
The pool has 6 lanes and it is 5 meters deep.
NOTE! Even though the therapy pool, childrens pool etc, are tempting and are not used by other swimmers during our pool time, Nousu does NOT have permission to use these pools!
Scuba diving
Scuba diving is allowed in the deep pool. Only bring along tanks that have the bottoms covered and weights that are covered in plastic or in pockets in the weightbelt. All gear must be clean. The gear can be brought by car right next to the pool, but to get the gate open, a special key is needed. The gear can be left on the terrace outside of the pool and be brought into the pool at the start of the pool time. If you are coming scuba diving for the first time, please inform Irene Savolainen, so she can guide you.
